Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Solenari Care (solenaricarehq.online). All products sold on this store are digital ebooks delivered electronically through the Shopify Digital Downloads app. There is no physical product and no shipping involved.

Digital delivery — how it works

The moment your payment is approved, our system automatically emails you a secure download link for the ebook(s) you purchased. The order is marked fulfilled by the system at that exact moment. There is no human step between your purchase and your access to the file.

Refund eligibility

Because of the instant, automatic, and irreversible nature of digital delivery, we apply a strict refund policy:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a refund only if the file you received was corrupted, the download link was not delivered to your email, or the product is materially different from what was described on the product page. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@solenaricarehq.online with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • After 7 days from purchase: No refunds will be issued for any reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the 7-day window is the only period in which a refund can be considered.

Chargebacks

We do not accept chargebacks after the 7-day refund window. Filing a chargeback after the 7-day period — without first contacting us — will be treated as a fraudulent dispute, and we will provide the payment processor with the following evidence:

  • Proof of digital delivery (timestamped download link delivery and IP address of download events)
  • This Refund Policy, which you accepted at checkout
  • The product description page confirming the digital nature of the product
  • The instant-fulfillment timestamp recorded by Shopify

If a chargeback is filed after the 7-day window despite this policy, the customer agrees to indemnify Solenari Care for the chargeback amount plus any associated dispute fees.

Always contact us first

If something went wrong with your order — the link didn't arrive, the file won't open, the wrong file was delivered — please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We respond within 1–2 business days and we will make it right whenever the issue is on our end. We are a small team and we want you to receive what you paid for.

What is not eligible for refund

Even within the 7-day window, the following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • You changed your mind about the content of the ebook after reading it
  • You found the ebook elsewhere at a different price
  • You accidentally bought the wrong plan / variant — we can, however, credit you toward the correct one if you contact us in time
  • You expected a printed/physical book — every product page clearly states the product is a digital download

Why this policy exists

Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense — the buyer keeps a copy regardless. This policy aligns with industry-standard practice for digital downloads and is consistent with Shopify's recommended approach for instant-delivery digital products.
